job searching in 2008 is one of my most terrifying experiences in life so far. and being on the job search once again has brought about much uncertainties and honestly, fear. i know job mkt is definitely picking up, but what job do i look for? what are my expectations? how in the world do i pass the interview?

in '08, there's this particular week i went for 5 interviews, and i didnt even get a single offer.

first 2 weeks of sept after SOT grad, i sent quite a few resumes for back end positions. i thought maybe i should just do backend/paper work, which i really like~ but not a single call. hence, i decided to step out and send resumes to positions which i should try. this resulted me to go for quite a few interviews and in the process, understand what i'm looking for. evaluating myself after the interviews has made me realised how naive i was when i was a fresh graduate. the things i said during the interview. and all thanks to SOT, i really learn how to talk more boldly & confidently. i am extremely certain the tone and words used during all interviews did show explicitly my confidence.

hope everything goes well, and i will start work in oct.. i cant say for certain i will do well/ excel but i will put in my best effort =)
